Employer Branding

Challenge
Attracting and retaining top talent is essential to any educational organisation’s success. In a job market where candidates have more choices than ever, companies must differentiate themselves to stand out.
Our client needed help to create a compelling employer brand that drew the attention of the high-quality work environment they provided. They wanted to develop an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) highlighting their positive work culture, growth opportunities, and employee-centric approach.
Solution
The project had three key stages:
- We conducted internal research, so we were making data-led decisions, not subjective ones
- Our marketing team put together creative conceptions and content that was engaging but honest
- We partnered with the client to roll out a guide for managers and recruiters and to update their careers site
Results:
The output helped them improve their conversion rates through better quality recruitment marketing, and they also found that a stronger employer brand enhanced their recruitment process by making it more efficient and cost-effective.
When a client invests in their employer branding, we find that applicants are more likely to align with the organisation’s values and expectations, making the selection process smoother. Moreover, a well-defined employer brand can act as a screening tool, attracting candidates who resonate with the company’s mission and vision while dissuading those who might not share those values.
