Over the course of 2022 we ran 109 campaigns for the Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools, delivering over 15,400 job advert views and over 1,592 applicants.

The challenge

Having worked with the Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools for several years we have a strong understanding of their recruitment needs, their reputation and their recruitment strengths.

We really enjoy the partnership relationship we have built up with the HR team and this allows us to have open and honest conversations. In turn this means recruitment marketing campaigns run smoothly and effectively, an important consideration in such a competitive marketplace.

Different clients have different recruitment struggles. As the Leatherseller’s Federation of Schools grows and evolves there is the challenge of a growing need for recruitment.

The solution

The best way to counter the challenges this brings has been to focus on smooth and efficient recruitment marketing processes, combined with making data led decisions on where to advertise.

Additionally, we have supported on several projects, such as Applicant Tracking System tenders and advert template reviews. These improvements help not only to market our job roles but to convert candidates into successful applicants.
