Our Enhancing your recruitment training covers everything your educational organisation needs to improve your recruitment function.
We understand that hiring the right candidates can be a daunting task, and that’s why we’ve created a comprehensive training program to help you learn the best practices of recruiting.
Our recruitment training consists of twelve sections covering everything from the basics of recruitment to advanced techniques to help you find the best talent.
The first part of the training focuses on the recruitment process itself. You’ll learn how to create a successful recruitment strategy, how to identify the right candidates, and how to conduct effective interviews.
The training then delves into onboarding and induction, which is crucial for keeping your newly hired candidates engaged and motivated from day one.
We also touch on early careers recruitment where you will discover the different programs available, their benefits, and how to recruit for early careers.
Throughout the training we will cover recruitment metrics, which will show you what to track, how to calculate the key recruitment metrics, and where each metric fits into the recruitment process.
The training ends on social media recruitment. You’ll learn how to make the most of each platform, how to recruit for free, and how to reach out to passive candidates.
Our training program is designed to be flexible and can be run for multiple people or on a one to one. You’ll have access to email support for six months following the training session.
In addition to email support, we also offer live webinars and two catch up meetings to help ensure you can implement what you have learnt.
At the end of our training program, you’ll have the knowledge and skills necessary to create a successful recruitment strategy and bring in top talent to your organisation.
