Our recruitment training program is a comprehensive course that covers all aspects of recruitment. With twelve sections, it caters to both beginners and experienced recruiters looking to learn advanced techniques to find the best talent.

In the first part of the training, we will focus on the recruitment process itself. You will learn how to create a successful recruitment strategy, identify the right candidates, and conduct effective interviews.

We will then move on to onboarding and induction, which is crucial for keeping your newly hired candidates engaged and motivated from day one.

Our training also includes a section on early careers recruitment where you will discover the different programs available, their benefits and how to recruit for early careers.

Throughout the training, we will discuss goal setting providing you with information on what to how to track success.

Our training program is designed to be flexible and can be run for multiple people or on a one-to-one basis. You will have access to email support for six months following the training session, and we also offer live webinars and two catch-up meetings to help you implement what you have learned.

At the end of our training program, you will have the knowledge and skills necessary to create a successful recruitment strategy and bring in top talent to your organisation.
