Social Media Management – 12 Month Course

Training Module

Social media can be an amazing, useful, tool or it can be a waste of time. The difference between the two is good planning, clear goals, and using the right platform.

Our 12-month training scheme provides all you need to be able to set SMART goals, plan your approach, and get results. As specialists in the education sector all of our course focuses on attracting more staff, parents, pupils, and customers.

We find LinkedIn is best for recruitment and Twitter/Facebook are best for extending your brand reach. As such we run these as separate parts so you can include the relevant people in each one.

We do not limit you to the number of people that can join the session and you will receive 12 months of email support throughout the course, helping you decide what to post and supporting you with an technical questions.

LinkedIn Training

  • 1 hours training on LinkedIn to discuss setting SMART goals and support in working out what those goals should be (we can also discuss platforms such as Hootsuite)
  • 1 hours training on LinkedIn specifically as this is the best platform for parents and recruitment
  • 1 hours training on LinkedIn solely on Company Profiles
  • A LinkedIn banner created for you for all staff to use on their profile, this will help with rolling it out

Social Media Training

  • 1 hours training on what to share on Twitter and Facebook, with a particular focus on growing a network beyond your initial stakeholders (to increase your brand reach) and the basics of good practice posting. We can also discuss creating value add items that people want to share and engage with
